Small Group Training
the gold standard
In order to get the most out of our training, this semi-private way of training enables an individualized training approach that maximizes your results and trains to your direct needs.
Two simple package options
- 8 session package/coming in 2x per week)
- 12 session package/coming in 3x per week

- 1-6 athletes per group
- Maximum athlete-to-coach ratio of 6:1
- Athletes undergo a movement assessment & performance test to help understand their strengths, weaknesses, and potential for injury
- Goal setting
- Individualized programming as needed for specific training needs

Ages 10-12: 60 minute training sessions
Ages 13+: 90 minute sessions - Nutritional guidance
- Flexibility in rescheduling sessions (within reason)
- Re-test upon the completion of each package
Team Training
Our Team Training has become popular among specific team sports. At a lower price point, athletes come in as a group on their designated days and times.
A training schedule with a start and end date for all sessions will be mapped out for all participants.
- Pre & post performance test on speed/power
- Programming is sport-specific, but not individualized for each athlete
- Athlete-to-coach ratio will vary depending on agreed group size
- Training duration can be 60-90 minutes, depending on age
- 1 - 2 sessions per week option

Adult Group Fitness
If you’re a weekend warrior, ex-athlete or someone that has that gritty desire to get after it, we have a program for you!
Our client’s ages range from 35 – 65 and the same Performance Coach who trains multi-million dollar professional athletes will be leading the way.
Our coaching, programming and level of detail separates us from the typical personal-training gyms or bootcamp-style training sessions.

Distance Coaching
For those athletes who either live too far away or are unable to come in on a regular basis, our Distance Coaching Program is the choice for you.
For better accuracy, an initial assessment and evaluation is preferred to be performed at one of our locations.
A customized program will be developed for your needs and goals and emailed to you. It will include printable excel spreadsheets along with links to our video library so you can have detailed coaching of exercises, right from your mobile device.
